Join us for Smoke n’ Stretch, a cannabis and movement experience rooted in ancient wisdom yet crafted for modern times. Music, meditation, movement, sunshine and flower are combined in a safe container to experience the plant on an intimate level. This 60 min slow flow class will leave you grounded and blissful.
We are lucky to have Moon Made Farms (@moonmadefarms) providing flower for the event. This flower is grown with intention and love on a women-owned organic, regenerative sun-grown farm in Humbolt County. Please arrive 15 -20 minutes prior to the event.
