Powderpuff is a dainty little pettiskirt designed to be worn under dresses to give them extra puff factor. It can be made in mini or vintage lengths and it features an elastic waistband with two tiers. It includes the option for a double bottom tier for extra volume. Powderpuff can be worn on its own as a cute skirt, paired with Daffodil Top or Ivy (see blog for the hack to crop this pattern).
